We have wrapped up our preliminary round of our pork pre-buy program, but are ready to take applications for February and March. The simple idea is that you can order and pay for your pork selections up front, and then pick them up once a month. Because you’re helping us manage our inventories, and know what to pack ahead of time, we offer the sausage and cuts at a discount of about 10-15%, as compared with our farmers market stand prices. If you’re interested in this program, email us and we’ll send you an application. There is no minimum and you don’t have to participate every month that we do it. Our next pickup will be in late-february.
