Our first box of the season contained:
1 bunch radishes
1 bunch green garlic
1 bunch rhubarb stalks
1.25 lbs salad mix
5-6 heads lettuce
1 bunch pac choi
1 bunch swiss chard
Here are a few pictures from the field the last week of April through the first week of May – it’s amazing what a couple weeks, some sunshine, rain, and a little patience will do to get these plants ready for picking!
